NFL PLAY 60 is happening January 14th from 12-2 pm

This is your child's chance to learn tips, trick and get advice from former NFL Player, Reggie Rusk. The program is low impact and open to boys and girls 5yrs-12yrs.

Sign up starts promptly at 12 pm

The program will focus on safe exercise for youth, healthy habits and proper technique. Kids will also have an opportunity to ask questions. NFL PLAY 60 is the league's national youth health and wellness campaign that encourages kids to get physically active for at least 60 minutes a day.
