Man Arrested for Assaulting Deputy in Katy Incident

PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Male Arrested For Assaulting Deputy In Katy
This evening, deputies from Constable Terry Allbritton's Office were dispatched to the 22700 block of John Rolfe Lane near John Crump Lane regarding a son threatening to kill his father, mother, and brother. Deputies arrived, and after investigating, they attempted to detain the suspect, but he resisted arrest. During the course of resisting, the suspect kicked a deputy. The suspect was charged with assault on a public servant.
