PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Assault Suspect Arrested In Katy
Constable Terry Allbritton's Katy Deputies were dispatched to a Family Disturbance call in the 2300 block of Beacon Brook Lane near Franz Rd., where a female reported that her husband had physically assaulted her following a verbal argument. After conducting an on-scene investigation, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and accepted charges for Assault - Family Member. The male suspect was placed under arrest without incident and transported to the Harris County Jail for booking.
