PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: Child Welfare Check Leads To Caller's Arrest In Katy
Constable Terry Allbritton's Katy deputies responded to a call to our Precinct 5 dispatch regarding concerns for the caller's children and his belief they were in danger. Deputies arrived at the location in the 22700 block of John Rolfe Lane and ran the reportee who showed to have a municipal warrant out of Katy PD. The warrant was confirmed. The male was placed in custody and transported to Katy Mills Mall to transfer custody to Katy PD.
