Credit Card Abuse Suspect

Constable Ted Heap is asking for your assistance identifying and locating a suspect wanted for using stolen credit cards taken in a car burglary earlier this month.
The victim parked at George Bush Park on Saturday, December 3rd. When she returned to her vehicle she found it had been broken into and her purse and credit cards were missing. Within an hour, someone attempted to ring up more than $2,500 in fraudulent charges at multiple stores in Southwest Houston, Richmond and Sugar Land.
Security cameras at one of the stores captured the suspect trying to use the stolen cards that afternoon. The suspect is a heavyset Black female with long black braids. She has a scar or bump in the middle of her forehead and has a small cross tattoo on the side of her right hand. She was wearing a white top, grey sweatpants and black Nike slides at the time of the fraudulent purchases.
