Looking Like A Million BucksConstable Ted Heap's deputies, working with their partners at Drug Enforcement Agency Houston TX and the Houston Police Department, seized nearly one million dollars of suspected drug trafficking proceeds in a series of operations conducted in the Houston area on July 13 and August 16. A vehicle used in drug trafficking was also seized as part of the joint operation. This is just a portion of millions of dollars in drug proceeds seized by Precinct 5 deputies since Constable Ted Heap assumed office in 2017. "We are committed to cleaning up the streets and neighborhoods of Precinct 5," said Constable Heap.
