Practicing Safety For One And AllPracticing Safety For One And AllA group of Constable Ted Heap's deputies spent yesterday working on high risk traffic stops. These stops involve suspected felons or otherwise dangerous situations requiring the utmost caution for their deputies on the streets. Lt. James Preston and his training staff lead the deputies through multiple scenarios, instructing and reviewing their responses with every repetition.Most of these participants are rookies, but there are several veteran deputies included in each class too.
