WANTED WEDNESDAY: Carjacking SuspectConstable Ted Heap is asking for your help locating a man wanted for shoving a senior citizen out of his vehicle and stealing the victim's car. Richard Lugo, the suspect in the December 6 carjacking, has an active warrant for his arrest on aggravated robbery charges.The victim, a 76-year-old Houston man, was looking for a parking space after dropping his wife off at a West Houston hospital in the 900 block of Gessner. The suspect got into the victim's car without permission and asked for a ride. When the driver refused, the suspect shoved him out of the car and left the scene. The victim suffered injuries to both arms when he was thrown to the ground.Precinct 5 investigators identified the suspect as Richard Lugo, a 45-year-old man who stands approximately 5-feet-10-inches tall and weighs approximately 185 pounds.
