Harris County Constable Precinct 5 needs your help identifying Clumsy Motorcycle Crook
Constable Ted Heap is asking for your help either identifying a Clumsy Motorcycle Crook suspect or locating a motorcycle stolen recently from a West Houston apartment complex.
The victim discovered his motorcycle had been stolen on the morning of October 4. The theft occurred in the predawn hours from an apartment complex in the 18300 block of Kingsland Blvd.
Security cameras show a suspect getting out of a small white sedan and moving the motorcycle until it is off screen. The stolen motorcycle is a 2020 black and green Kawasaki Z900.
The suspect appears to be a heavyset black male wearing dark shorts, a long sleeve t-shirt or hoodie, and white athletic shoes.
