**You are considered a 'Food Vendor' if you are operating out of a Food Truck or preparing food on-site. If you are selling prepackaged food, you will be considered a Vendor Booth

VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE BOTH FESTIVALS DAYS

If you will only be marketing and providing information about your company as oppose to selling items, than you must provide an activity or a give-away item at your booth.Exhibit spaces measure 10 feet deep by 10 feet wide. NO UTILITIES ARE PROVIDED. Food vendors who need power must use their own generator (only quiet generators are allowed). Work and personal belongings, such as tables, chairs, and boxes, must be contained within assigned space.

Exhibitors are required to bring a canopy and it must be weighted and secured from wind gusts and otherweather related reasons. Sides are recommended for when festival is closed and security reasons.-The canopy can be no larger than 10’ x 10’.All applicants will be judged by members of the Katy Rice Festival Committee. Entries will be considered solely on the merits of the work described. Pictures of your product(s) or any contact reated to participation should be directed to [email protected] after you apply. Please do not send in physical samples of your work.
