UTILITY BILL UPDATE: If you have an extremely high utility bill due to leaks during the February freeze, the City of Katy is here to help. Please send a completed Leak Adjustment Form and repair receipts to [email protected] before April 15, 2021, so that an adjustment can be considered. No penalties will be charged on this bill. All bank drafts have been postponed to April 22, 2021.

The Leak Adjustment Form is available to download at bit.ly/3u6xYp1 and is mandatory with your submission.

A new bill will be sent to you if an adjustment is applied to your account. Completing and submitting this form does not guarantee an adjustment to your water bill. The City of Katy will determine if an adjustment will be made.
