Dressing for cold weather
The City of Katy is going to experience low temperatures and possibly snow in the coming days and dressing appropriately for the weather forecast can make all the difference. The first two layers of winter clothing should be all about keeping you warm. The outer layer should aim to protect you from rain, snow, or wind.
