Now is a good time to prepare and to Protect the Four 'P's: People, Pets, Pipes, and Plants!Additionally, you should also practice fire safety. If you are using a space heater, place it on a level, hard surface and keep flammable objects at least 3 feet away. Turn off your space heaters before you go to bed. Do not use fuel-burning devices such as grills, they release deadly carbon monoxide.The City of Katy is closely monitoring the storm for any changes in the forecast.
