Incident Details: White in color Ford Econoline panel van was observed parked in the median in the 29800 block of Kingsland Blvd near the Willow Creek Farms pool when it was observed to slowly begin following 2 young girls who were riding their bicycles eastbound towards Bryant Elementary. Reportee then began following the van at which time the van made a u-turn and sped off westbound on Kingsland Blvd leaving the neighborhood via Jordan Ranch Road. Van was described as a white in color Ford Econoline panel van with a roof rack, 2 black tinted windows in the rear of the van and no visible license plate on the vehicle. Occupants were described as the Driver was a Hispanic male wearing a red shirt, Hispanic male passenger no clothing description.

Suspect Description: Occupied by 2 Hispanic males
