Law enforcement agencies from three different counties recently gathered for the annual Back-to-School Emergency Management Roundtable to review and identify new and existing safety practices to protect Katy area students and schools. Precinct 3 incorporates 3 public school districts and we require all of our deputies to walk the schools as a supplement to the Schools Police Departments.
