Deputies with Constable Ted Heap's Office recently arrested a father and son duo on drug charges after executing a search warrant.
Rafael Aceves, 38, and his son, Rafael Jr., 18, were arrested on Friday, June 14, after a month-long undercover investigation culminated with a raid on their home in the 16200 block of Indian Mill.
Inside the home, deputies from Precinct 5's Narcotics Unit, Major Offenders Unit and Strategic Response Unit found hundreds of ecstasy tabs weighing more than 1 kilogram. They also found 300 grams of edible THC lollipops, 51 grams of illegal THC vape and wax, 22 ounces of marijuana and 4 illegal handguns.
The elder Aceves was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. His son was arrested on felony drug possession charges.
