Investigators with HCSO say that 19-year-old Omarion Philip Bailey shot into a vehicle that was driven by an 18-year-old male along with his two brothers ages 6 and 7.

According to reports, on Saturday, December 8, 2018, at around 2:00pm, Bailey was driving a late model Dodge Stratus when he saw the complainant's Cadillac Escalade at the corner of Fort Stanton and Grey Hawk in far west Harris County.

Bailey then shot at the vehicle while it was stopped at the intersection.

The 7-year-old male was hit by gunfire in the upper back.

The child was driven to Katy Memorial Hermann Hospital , and later transported by life-flight to Texas Children's Hospital in the Medical Center. He is currently in good condition and is expected to make a full recovery.

The other child and male were not hit by gunfire.

Bailey is 5'7 and weighs 170 Lbs. He has black hair and brown colored eyes.

This is heartbreaking. It has become the normal in every community. We had a Drive by in our community. Aimed at one house, majority of bullets fired were into Master bedroom. Numerous guns were used. HCSO collected 48 casings. It was very Scary. The Homeowner had recently purchased the home and had no idea why anyone would shoot up his home. His children were in the home as well. He offered reward money as well as crime stoppers, but the perps have not been caught.
It is scary to think this could happen , but it can.
