Harris County Sheriff's Office Violent Crime Unit investigators are looking for the public's help in locating a suspect who is believed to have shot a 7-year-old over the weekend.
Investigators with HCSO say that 19-year-old Omarion Philip Bailey shot into a vehicle that was driven by an 18-year-old male along with his two brothers ages 6 and 7.
According to reports, on Saturday, December 8, 2018, at around 2:00pm, Bailey was driving a late model Dodge Stratus when he saw the complainant's Cadillac Escalade at the corner of Fort Stanton and Grey Hawk in far west Harris County.
Bailey then shot at the vehicle while it was stopped at the intersection.
The 7-year-old male was hit by gunfire in the upper back.
The child was driven to Katy Memorial Hermann Hospital , and later transported by life-flight to Texas Children's Hospital in the Medical Center. He is currently in good condition and is expected to make a full recovery.
The other child and male were not hit by gunfire.
Bailey is 5'7 and weighs 170 Lbs. He has black hair and brown colored eyes.
