Precinct 5 deputies have obtained an arrest warrant for a contractor who allegedly stole expensive tools and equipment from another contractor in the Bear Creek area.

According to reports from Constable Ted Heap's Office, William Milian Toledo, 47, had been hired to work on a flooded Harvey home in the 15500 block of Stoney Fork Drive in November. After a dispute with the homeowner, another contractor, Toledo entered the home without permission and took several pieces of equipment from inside.
Through their investigation, Precinct 5 deputies determined Toledo stole the equipment and took it to a nearby pawn shop. The tools were recovered without incident, and a warrant on theft charges was issued for Toledo, who is still believed to be in the area.
