According to reports from the Harris County Sheriff's Office, on Sunday, December 02, 2018, at approximately 02:25 hours, an unknown male was operating a black Chevrolet Silverado traveling eastbound in the entrance ramp at the 20400 block of I-10.
The man failed to drive in a single marked lane and drove on the median separating the service lanes and entrance ramp, then struck the Reusable Energy Absorbance Crash Terminal (REACT). The vehicle then rolled and came to rest in the grass along the north side of the entrance ramp.
