Constable Ted Heap is asking for your help identifying a thief caught on security video breaking into cars on a Sunday morning in a church parking lot in Katy. The burglar rode into the parking lot of St. Edith Stein Catholic Church (3311 N Fry Rd, Katy, TX 77449) on a Harley Davidson on Sunday, October 21, at approximately 10 a.m. While the parishioners were attending Mass, he broke into two vehicles in the parking lot before riding off down the sidewalk on his motorcycle.If you recognize this suspect or have any information that might help with the investigation of this crime, Constable Heap asks you to call Investigator R.
