Free Spay / Neuter for Pets
Harris County AC will be providing FREE spay/neuter services to individual pet owners with proof of residency in
unincorporated Harris County only on Wednesday, July 11th! Animals will also receive rabies vaccinations and microchips
FREE of charge to the owner.
Emancipet Houston will pick up pets at Sam's Club (13600 East FWY Houston, TX 77015) at 6:45AM and return at 4PM.
*Pets must be under 40lbs*
