Harris Co Inmates Will Not Be Released. Order has just been lifted that Harris Co will not release the remaining inmates. Guess that gives some relief because the few they did release on Friday had criminal record that was not disclosed. Some say it is inhuman to keep them locked up while the virus is spreading. Either way they committed a crime. Why should the public pay the price for this.
