The Harris County PCT 4 Constable's Office is asking for your help identifying the suspects who decided to dump their trash on a local roadway.
According to reports from PCT 4, on August 5, 2019, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Environmental Division responded to Katy Hockley Cut Off Road and Stockdick School Road in reference to illegal dumping.
Upon the deputy arriving, the reportee advised an unknown suspect dumped household solid waste on the public roadway.
Video surveillance captured the suspect vehicle, a 2002 or 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche Z71, tan or gray in color, with factory wheels and towing a utility trailer with lawn equipment.
"Precinct 4 is seeking the public's help to identify and locate the suspect. If you recognize this vehicle or have any information regarding this case, you are urged to contact our dispatch at 281-376-3472 or your local law enforcement." - Constable Mark Herman
